Agreement

By accessing https://www.musawellbeing.com, creating an account, or booking a consultation through Musa Wellbeing, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

About our services

Musa Wellbeing offers nutrition, lifestyle and wellbeing consultations delivered by qualified practitioners. Content, questionnaires and reports are for general nutritional and wellbeing guidance. They do not constitute medical diagnosis, prescription, or emergency care. Always seek urgent medical help by calling 999 (or your local emergency number) in an emergency.

Accounts and bookings

  • You must provide accurate contact details and, where requested, your name for bookings and receipts.
  • Appointment times are shown in UK time unless stated otherwise.
  • A booking is confirmed once payment is completed (or as otherwise stated at checkout).
  • You are responsible for joining online consultations on time using the meeting link we provide.

Fees, discounts and cancellations

Prices and packages are shown at checkout. Discount codes must be valid, active and applied according to their terms. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.

Cancellation and rescheduling rules (if any) for your package will be communicated at booking or in confirmation emails. Contact hello@musawellbeing.com if you need help.

Practitioner relationship

Your consultant is responsible for the professional advice they provide during your session. Musa Wellbeing facilitates booking, documentation and communications but does not replace your GP or specialist medical team where clinical care is required.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with other users, or upload unlawful or abusive content through forms or communications.

Intellectual property

Website content, branding and materials are owned by or licensed to Musa Wellbeing. Reports prepared for you are for your personal use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Musa Wellbeing is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
